By launching or using JuiceWRLDLE ("the Activity"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Activity.

1. The service

JuiceWRLDLE is a free, fan-made multiplayer party game that plays short snippets of Juice WRLD songs and asks players to guess the title. It runs as a Discord Activity inside voice channels.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, disrupt, exploit, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Don't use bots or automation to manipulate scores or leaderboards.
• Use the Activity in accordance with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Content & intellectual property

JuiceWRLDLE is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Juice WRLD, his estate, his record labels, or Discord. All songs, recordings, names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Audio snippets are provided via a third-party API for entertainment and educational fan use. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, contact us and we will respond promptly.

4. No warranty

The Activity is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Activity.

6. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Activity, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
